Verification Policy

How we verify doctors and hospitals, and what to do if verification fails.

Last updated: July 2026

Required Documents

  • Government-issued photo identity (Aadhaar, passport, or voter ID)
  • NMC or State Medical Council registration certificate
  • Highest professional qualification certificate
  • Proof of address (if different from identity document)
  • Facility licence and registration proof (for hospitals)

Verification Process

Upload your documents through the verification portal. Our team reviews identity, registration validity, and document consistency. Doctors and hospitals are granted access to live shifts only after verification is complete.

Review Timeline

Most verifications are completed within 2–3 business days. Incomplete or unclear submissions may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome within the platform and by email.

Rejection Reasons

  • Expired or invalid registration certificate
  • Name mismatch between identity and registration documents
  • Blurred, cropped, or unreadable uploads
  • Facility licence not verifiable

Re-submission Process

If verification is rejected, you may re-upload corrected documents. We recommend addressing each noted reason before resubmitting to avoid further delay.
