Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a doctor cancels an accepted shift, the hospital should be notified through the platform as early as possible. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may affect the doctor’s standing and future access to shifts.

If a hospital cancels a posted or accepted shift, it should notify the affected doctor immediately through the platform. Hospitals may be subject to standing limitations based on cancellation history.

Before a shift is accepted, a doctor may withdraw an application at any time without penalty. After acceptance, the cancellation terms above apply.

LocumLink does not currently process payments. Once our payment facility launches, refund eligibility for any platform fees will follow the terms presented at checkout and applicable Indian consumer law. This section is future-ready and subject to change.

When payments are enabled, all transactions will be processed through a licensed payment partner. Refund timelines, methods, and responsibilities will be defined in the payment terms made available at that time.
