We use your information to verify credentials, match doctors with relevant shifts, operate and improve the Services, communicate with you about assignments, and meet legal and compliance obligations.

Verification documents are accessed only by authorised verification personnel and are stored with access controls. They are used solely to confirm eligibility and are not shared with hospitals except as required for a specific shift arrangement you accept.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with hospitals only to facilitate a shift you have accepted (for example, your name and verified status), and with service providers who support the platform under confidentiality obligations.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, or verification obligations. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, by contacting support@locumlink.in. We will respond within the timeframes required under applicable Indian law.

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
